   I completely agree with personal development. I think the unhappiest people in the world are those who have high expectations and depend on others to carry the load. Growing up in a family of 9 kids, I did not get much parental attention so I had to learn the hard way the we must develop ourselves. It has not been an easy journey, but once one accepts responsibility for his or her happiness, then the most important step has been made. I wished I had joined Toastmasters 20 years ago.
